Dear Itokri,
I am very happy with the quality of the products I have bought. However, there is a disparity between the size mentioned in the invoice and the actual size delivered. One is the right size while the other is not. It has never happened before. Unfortunately, I am travelling right now and am not able to send it right away. I hope I can send the piece next week and that you will be able to replace it with the right size.
