This was my first order after multiple research with iTokri A lot needs to be improved. I bought 6 cushion covers- 4 from one set and 2 another. I ended up with 4 diff sizes ranging between 14 inches to 15.5 inches. No two are alike. The stitching is not good and the way the zip is placed, may not last long. They sent a personal handwritten note thanking- which was nice. It is not about the price- but Rs125/ cushion cover for shibori where the price / meter is about Rs 120/ and workmanship is poor is not worth it. I will not recommend and not shop until I know the quality is improved. Sudha Thomas
