I have been a regular customer since the start of itokri and have recommended it to so many friends! For the first time, I was disappointed with the quality of products sent.
It would be best if the envelopes’ design could be pre-selected instead of sending assorted ones. Some kalamkari envelopes I got at were of very poor quality. I even got 2 envelopes of the same design! I wish I had received ones of higher quality and better designs. Please ensure that customer can select the designs they want. Thank you.
