You guys are very sweet. I really appreciated your note and free gift. I'm sorry but I was disappointed in the quality of my order. I sampled your incense years ago and really liked it. This recent purchase seemed old. It had a bite to it. That's the only way I can describe it. The odor was very faint. I had to light 5 or 6 sticks on order to smell anything. Especially the Tuberose. It has no rose fragrance at all. I remembered previously that I really liked it. The free gift turned out to be the only one I liked. I'm sorry. Your customer service is excellent and I appreciate your earnestness.
