My friend introduced me to itokri years ago, maybe 5-7 years ago. Since then I've been a regular customer, as has my mom! Itokri has grown over the years but still the customer service is the same friendly and super helpful as it was in the beginning, the hand written notes still make me smile, and the little gifties still make me unbelievably happy!
