I have been purchasing products from itokri since it’s launch. I’ve trusted their authenticity and made many purchases big and small over the years. I’ve always been a happy customer up until my last experience. Products going out of stock days after a purchase has been made ( there should be a better inventory management), product not entirely matching the picture shown and the fitting not being the same as described in the size chart etc have all been a very disappointing experience. Don’t know if I’m convinced I’ll shop again.
