my first experience was really good: beautiful products and extremely fast delivery, delicious packaging + note and small gift. the colours of the items (towels) were not exactly as depicted on the site but in one of the two cases the real object was even better than in the pic (there's a note on the site about this issue, so no complain).
my roommate has a different story to tell, though. but he'll write his own review once he (finally) receives his own order.
