I once ordered a saree which showed purple in colour on your website but turned out to be blue. I ran out of time to gift it so I did not return it. Then I ordered two sets of mugs which I was told held cracks and were therefore not delivered to me. It would be good if you could ensure the quality of products you sell prior to posting their sale on your website. Yes, and do consider reducing costs so that you stay ahead of the competition.
