I made quite a substantial purchase from itokri recently. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first order. But I was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience - very fast and responsive customer service, and the order was delivered in a single lot, and quite quickly. I also liked the sustainable packaging of the order. The materials themselves are of good quality and as per the description. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. My only suggestion is to add more details to the description of the product on the website and to use better quality pictures. Thank you, Team itokri!!
