I reached out to them through WhatsApp and they promptly and lovingly answered all my queries, gave regular updates, asked for confirmation on the order, all of which assured me that it's not an automated system I am talking to but caring people. Finally when the order arrived, I was delighted to get my pants with right fit as promised and an additional free gift of a face mask. The handwritten note by a kid was a nice touch, making it very personalized. Loved their packaging totally eco-friendly and absolutely frugal, reflecting their philosophy. Overall a pleasant experience, I must say!
