Main problem of itokri.com is a communication gap between the customer and itokri team. What I've faced during my recent order. After receiving order confirmation there was no communication for two weeks.When I got back to the itokri team they informed my order has been lost by the courier service. After my communication they again despatched my order.So please make sure order reaches on time and if there is any problem regarding orders please let the know customer know about it.Otherwise product quality is good packaging was nice Thank itokri.
