Hello itokri, I have received my parcel some time back. Thank you so much for the earnings and the hand written note. It was really sweet of you. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you for making these beautiful products. Just one issue I have. And it is with the towel that I purchased. It looks very old and shabby. I have bought hand block print fabric before and have been using them since long time. Never before the new purchase of such cloth piece looked so dusty. I am not sure why is that the case with the towel. I don't think its because of the dying or hand prints on the fabric. It looks more like how and where it was stored. I would like to get some explanation from your end and would prefer to get it exchanged as well. Looking forward for a resolution. Thank you, Anjali
