Had ordered couple of items for my showcase which included musical ganesha, haathi ambari big, 5 pcs woman set, etc. Was happy to receive the order on time and surprised to see a small gift too inside which was a earring. Brought a smile on my face and also was impressed with the hand written letter.
Though one of the ganesha's hand came broken, I did not feel like returning the goods, as you won my heart with the personalisation.
