The experience has always been great. I truly appreciate their concern for their clients and the warmth with which they coordinate things to ensure the needs are met. The prices are reasonable at large, though could be expensive at times. What I love most about them is their belief in the uniqueness and beauty of Indian crafts and looms, and how they make sure they've dug into the specialities of most states, to make it available to the masses and also educate them about dying art forms and supporting rural Indian artisans. I believe they also know how to value their employees and thats what's contributed to their success. There are very few online shops that send you a handwritten note, thanking you for a purchase made, that makes them stand out as a company that values and acknowledges you as a customer.
