Fantastic products and very good shopping experience. But Blue Dart has been non communicative in delivery scheduling. I am a working professional who is not at home during the day, so I expect the delivery person to ring me to schedule the delivery. In both instances it has happened that the courier person returned the parcel without leaving a note or ringing me on my mobile. You might want to get this checked internally.
