As far as buying products from iTokri is concerned each experience has been immensely satisfying. Till date I have not had any reason to return a product. Delivery is also quite fast. I have always been a fan of your small return gifts that you send along with the products. I would be lying if I say I do not look forward to them. Recently however two such gifts displayed religious overtones (though I am sure without any realization going into it) which should not be the case in such dealings. A keychain which I received has the symbol of OM and a pencil which my friend received had Lord Ganesha constructed on it. They are on the surface quite harmless and can be well received. But it is best for any public space to remain secular at all times. Hope my point will be taken in a credible spirit.
