I think ordering with iTokri is fine as long as you don't want to return it or talk to their customer service. Ordered fabric and found that the colours didn't match exactly. Initiated return process with their 'hindi' ONLY speaking customer service staff, who will continue to talk in hindi even if you say you don't understand the language. Not a single english speaking customer service staff they say and run an international online business. How many days I had to follow up with them to get the return parcel collected. Finally it was collected after 12 or so days, and then again I didn't hear from them for a week. I kept mailing to ask the status and received no reply. Just saw that the money has been refunded to my account. For this entire return process, they made some 10-15 phone calls, all in Hindi, while I kept telling them that I would like email communication. Having sent a wrong product and have the customer answer 15 phone calls for that? I am also offended that you think everyone should know Hindi.
