My order #52255 was placed on 17/08/2016. Had ordered for two soaps and one sandalwood necklace. It was a prepaid order and a gift. The soaps reached but till date the necklace has not. Repeated contact with the iTokri team has failed to yield results. They say they have sent and will call back after checking again. Neither do they call nor has the stuff reached. needless to say it was an extremely disappointing and embarrassing experience. Would never order again. Priyanjali
