I've had only good experiences with iTokri, have no issues whatsoever with product quality, and even the COD shipment was delivered quite promptly by Bluedart on a Sunday. Overall, I would recommend this site to other people with similar tastes.
The only thing that I have an issue with is that the fabrics are always running out, but that's hardly the site's fault. Maybe bigger inventories?
