The courier service you use for delivery of your products needs to be oriented better.
I live in a gated community where the guards have been instructed to take packages when the residents are not home especially during working hours on working days.
The courier should not be berating (scolding) the customer for not taking calls that are anyway being made at an inappropriate time during the middle of a working day!
