iTokri does a fantastic job of improving accessibility to handloom and handicraft products. I received the ordered stuff on time and even got a complimentary gift.
But the website needs serious improvements - the fabric buying interface is too confusing and I ended up ordering the wrong quantity. Also, some products lack multiple photos from various angles. If these issues are addressed, I wouldn't hesitate giving a 5 rating because the product range is awesome.
