I initially gave 4 stars because one of the items in my order was shipped wrongly. Then i remembered the care with which the error was handled, and the personal attention given to me, even though mine was a small-ish order. I could not have asked for more. Maybe the initial error was human or machine, but the steps taken to rectify it did not let that turn into a mistake. This is definitely 5-Star service. As far a the order itself is concerned, i was impressed with the little things that matter - recycled packaging (minimal use of "new" packaging material), the personal note for a first time customer, etc. I have been more than happy with my purchase, and super satisfied with the support provided. There is no doubt that iTokri will sooner or later become a bigger name; i just hope that the level of service and support is maintained even then. :-) I will definitely be returning to buy more stuff. I wish Jia and iTokri ki Toli all the very best! :)
