The site looks good. However, once an order is placed, there is no further feedabck for several days on the status or when shipment is expected. Called the Customer Contact Number. Working hours start at 11 I understood. It was a pleasant surprise that I could talk to someone soon after 11. But the agents started talking in pidgin Hindi without even bothering to check if the person at the other end understands Hindi or not.
Anyway the order did arrive soon after, so thats that.
