itokri is one of those only e-commerce ventures which has made a place in my heart because of the humane and warm touch that it adds to my purchases each time. There is a girl called Jia who has written a thank you letter on a piece of parchment and attached it with my purchase along with a pair of pretty earrings each time since the last three years making the package look more like a gift than a buy.
I love these guys :)
