One, the products and the overall collection are quite lovely, particularly, the sarees and dupattas. It will be difficult to find all these in the same lace. Prices are reasonable too compared to other similar online stores. Most importantly, their support for returns, refunds (COD/Debit card both) and exchanges is excellent. When shopping online, that is the biggest concern and even a slight difference in colours/textures can make the difference between our keeping/returning a product. Itokri is amazingly supportive and offers a hasslefree experience. Which means that I keep returning and trust their team perfectly.
