The idea of the shop, the products, the communication, the style, the delivery and the customer service - itokri excels in all areas. I like its Indian touch in everything not just in words but in spirit. I love the handwritten notes, the tiny gifts from time to time, the wonderful way in which the customer service staff speak. The site is easy to use, and the range is wide both in terms of content and price. I always shop here for myself and friends and especially when I travel abroad and want to take gifts from India.
