I chanced upon iTokri 2 years ago when looking for handmade gifts for a friend. I have been delighted by my entire experience on the site - right from the comprehensive range of products, to the layout and ease of shopping and the post sale service! Each purchase comes in a recycled box, with an endearing handwritten note on handmade paper, plus a little gift to make you smile even wider! Since then, I have made several purchases on iTokri and it is most definitely my go to portal for purchasing authentic, hand crafted products. My only suggestion for improvement would be to do away with the cellophane wrapping and perhaps just using old newspaper instead, like your boxes. :) I love your site and the caring quality of your customer service!
