I love the collection: quality, range and colours, everything. Secondly, the team is very professional and wonderful with placing orders, returns, refunds and pickups. I have never had this great an experience with any online retailer and in the last 5 years most of my shopping has been online, so I have had a lot of experience in this! Returns mostly happen because the colour or fabric is different from what I expected or what it looked like on screen. But that is always an issue because monitors have different resolution etc. So that's not a fault of the sellers at all. I always ask for Gift Cards when I return something because I know I am going to keep shopping with Itokri for a long time to come :) Thanks to all the women at itokri.
