Last week, I ordered 5 Mt's of Vidarbha cotton tussar fabric. I received the delivery as promised. But the fabric type was different from what I had thought it would be. To my surprise, the returns policy allowed me to return the fabric. I sent an email and it was promptly followed up. The pick up was arranged the very next day at no cost(though I offered to pay for return courier). The money was refunded the very next day. I am amazed! I wish the team of itokri the very best. I will definitely come back to buy more products and also recommend itokri to my friends and relatives.
