I think you are a great website with a fantastic teamwork, but once the orders going to your shipping process the mistakes starts to happen ( They forget to send the tracking number - they create the AWB Wrongly - forget to add the declared invoice - add some data we are not agreed about ) which is reflects so badly in customs fees and clearance process.
you need more arrangments in this area.
