iTokri is my most favourite place to shop online. For myself and for gifts. I love the ease of buying, the amazing speed of delivery, the little notes handwritten that come with it, with an occasional surprise like a tiny ray of sunshine, and the very helpful customer service on the phone. i love the idea that buying on iTokri is also helping so many non profits which work directly with the makers of products. it's our very own co-operative model that does not compromise on quality and yet makes the most to be a grassroots market place. Much like the local haat/ bazaar of our long lost neighbourhoods. Thank you for being there for us iTokri.
