My first purchase --> Ordered a beautiful saree as a surprise for my mom from itokri. Came in nicely packed with surprising itokri wax seal. Took a tad bit time to be delivered. It took me a long time to select as every single piece was so beautiful!!! Also received a free gift (a pair of lovely earrings) and a warm handwritten personal note from them. Beautiful experience. Excellent customer care service. Will definitely repurchase and recommend to friends.
