What a spirited team! I got a handwritten letter and a small surprise on my first purchase from Itokri and I thought it was such a nice and intimate gesture, like building a personal connection with the customer. I had a follow-up question about my product and the team's response was prompt and completely satisfactory. I also loved the Indian touch in the language of all their e-mails and orders and they seem very affable, rooted and grounded. I'll be sure to buy more from this site in the future too.
