I have been one of the earliest customers of iTokri and been delighted every time I made a purchase. What is special is that we can purchase from the actual artisans whom we cannot reach out to otherwise. And even if I have had to return because of size issues it was all done courteously and smoothly. This time I bought fabric - a combination of ikat and kalamkari and it was as good as I have come to expect from iTokri. I also like their packing in recycled materials and the use of seals in the old fashioned way. I wish the iTokri team all the best for continuing to support our crafts.
