The entire experience of shopping with iTokri was a complete delight. The communication after placing my order (I wanted to change my paypal id) was clear and efficient.
The package itself was done so very carefully, sealed with wax!!!
Handwritten notes are so rare these days that this will definitely be saved. The bag to store the sari in, the gift as a first time customer, everything made this into a very happy experience.
I have yet to see my sari, but my sister says it is fantastic!
