I’m so happy to have found iTokri online. So many wonderful items for sale. ITokri’s service was friendly and prompt. I received my order well within the allotted time frame promised by iTokri. (And with a handwritten note and first-time customer gift.) My one quibble: Two scarves arrived with blemishes; one with stains; the other with the sticky residue from tape. I’d also like to have more information about how scarves are finished. I didn’t realize that some were finished by machine, not hand stitching. Otherwise, I am very happy with my experience with iTokri and plan to remain a customer.
