the back office was extremely efficient and courteous - there was a problem in completing my order (for which I had received an email) though my card had been debited and as soon as I connected with the back office the problem was sorted out in less than five minutes. What an agreeable experience. Please pat yourself on the back to have developed such a mentality in the service personnel.
