I love Itokri products . I am never disappointed with the products that I receive. I keep coming back for more. They are wonderful , look just as described, the variety is phenomenal and the quality is very good. I also really appreciate the thoughtful little notes and gifts that come with each order. Communication with customer service is usually very pleasant. I would give 5 stars if not for the fact that it takes so long for customer service to respond to international customers. I think 24 hrs is a reasonable time frame for questions asked about orders. Please work on this because your business has everything going for it in other areas.
