I wrote a 3 star review already, and explained in detail why, including how IXXI helped. OK. Done. I didn't expect any more. Then I got a reply suggesting I contact IXXI, as if IXXI would do something about what I was still unhappy with. Why urge people to contact the company if the problem as described is not something the company will make good? Just let the review stand.
