Love the merchandise but their sleazy return/exchange policy has made me never buy from them again. Exchanges take 6 to 8 weeks but if you want sooner they suggest you buy again and wait for refund. During covid they suspended refunds and exchanges (so far since last March until now, November) but have no issues with new orders and catalogs.
Always loved them but will never shop again !!!!
