I ordered 2 hoodie shirts Dec 19 and my cc was charged the 20th. After Christmas I emailed ( I could find no phone number) asking about where the shirts were. No response at all. I continued to be email every week and never a response. The shirts showed up in mid Jan. I ordered large, 1 was huge and the other was tight. The return policy said you have to contact them to get the return label and knowing they don’t respond, I started sending emails every day. It wasn’t until I disputed the charge on my credit card that they contacted me offering me to keep the clothes and get 20% off next order. NO WAY, so then they offered $20 to have me keep the order. The said the cost to ship internationally was too expensive. They offered me $40 after 2 weeks of this nonsense. I took the $40 refund and learned a valuable lesson. Always look for refund policy displayed on the site. And always make sure there is a phone number to reach someone.
