Same scenario as many of these other customers...I ordered 2 t-shirts on January 25, 2021. I received a confirmation email for this order and didn’t hear another thing so I called mid February to inquire and was told the shirts were no longer available. Refund, please. Will take two weeks to issue. I have called twice since and gotten a run around, including fawning, insincere apologies and lies about when the refund will be issued. I was promised yesterday I would get a refund today. Hadn’t happened and the business day is almost over. Just terrible customer service. Never again.
