My bad for placing an order with this lame company before reading the reviews. However, I did.
One of the items I selected (of 3) was on back order. They didn't tell me that at any time during the selection or ordering process. After waiting 6 days and receiving no indication my order had shipped, I sent an email, which went unanswered. I followed up by asking through their website. At that time I was told an item was on back order. I told them the practices they used were unsat and asked to have my order cancelled. They said they would, but refunding my money could take up to 14 days.
Why? They darn sure took my money instantly when I placed the order. Why can't they refund it quickly upon a cancellation? The answer is simple, they keep the money in their account (probably thousands of dollars in refunds), so they can continue to earn interest at the expense of their customers). In my opinion, this practice is criminal and these folks should be ashamed of their sleazy behavior.
