Oh my god...
Long story short, and it was a long story, I was on the phone for about 3 hours. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything here. They basically stole my store credit saying that it expired. I have no proof of it because you can't see your store credit as they can only see it on their end :). This is a scam company.
