Bought an Aran jersey for about $150.00. One day's wear left loops of fabric. I returned it, second jersey, a replacement of the same item had the same issues.
I sent photos, requested a refund. They issued a return label, I sent item back. They have no evidence of having the jersey received. I discarded the return receipt. We have been back and forth about this return. They require proof of the second return of the item, thereby ignoring all my previous email documented with photos.
They lost a long-standing client.
