I have been a Peterman customer for thirty years. Not anymore. I ordered a dress in April. It finally arrived three weeks later. I’d spoken to a customer service person prior to ordering as to the fit so I would get the correct size. When the dress arrived it was too large. I sent it back and ordered the smaller size. Six weeks and three emails and two phone calls and all assuring me that the dress was *on it’s way*, I finally get a customer service person who says there are none in the warehouse and the back order is iffy. AND that it would take 14 days to get a refund!! So Peterman has been sitting on my $315 for two months now plus 14 days.
Will I ever order again?? No way. The quality of the clothing has gone down and so has the service. Shame on you J.Peterman where ever you are.
