I was an past employee of this company. And let me tell you some things, this company does not care about its customers at all! That's why they don't include the shipping labels in the box because that would just make sense right? Then they give the customer service agent lies to feed to customers about refunds taking 14 days to process. When in reality it was just because the refund tracker was deleted by a top employee. Not only once, but twice. Avoid this company at all costs! I have seen some VERY VERY shady business practices. And you're better off shopping elsewhere.
