Horrible customer service, horrible return policy and horrible communication. I am a regular customer and have purchased a lot from them in the past. 2 out of 4 dresses were very unpleasing on me. I only requested a credit to be placed on my account so I could use it in the future with them. Ana the customer service rep was was unwelcoming and non receptive.
This is the customer service you will get from a company that sells nothing less than 200 for a dress.
