J. Peterson customer service has been making excuses about the delay in shipping two shirts ordered seven weeks ago. They blamed a switch over in computer software in warehouse was responsible. Always a promise that the order would be shipped in just a few days. Today Vallerie admitted the product was back-ordered from vendor with no estimated ship date. We finally cancelled the order. Too bad. They were a good company.
