Purchased a pair of sunglasses. Delivery was slow, so I called them. They told me that the product had been "lost in transit." I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said that they would do so, but didn't. I called a few times and was asked to be patient. Then the order showed up. I called and they sent a UPS label. I sent the product back. I lost the tracking number which is too bad because they claim they never received it. They still haven't given me my refund. I will never again purchase anything from JPeterman and I recommend that you do not do so either.
